At Curative Medicine, we are committed to providing high quality products and a positive patient experience. Because many of our items are custom made prescriptions, our policies must comply with federal pharmacy regulations.
Prescription and compounded medications: Compounded and prescription medications are made specifically for each patient and cannot be reused, returned or resold. Therefore, all prescription and compounded medication sales are final.
However, if you believe there is a pharmacy error or quality concern, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our team will promptly review the situation and, when appropriate, may offer a one time remake or refund. Remakes and refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at the discretion of the pharmacist. Physical returns of prescriptions cannot be accepted.
Retail Products: Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging for a refund to the original payment method. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will then be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can correct the issue quickly.
